Permissions and credits
-=Description=-

This mod adds the Wreyth, from Midas' Magic: Spells of Aurum, as a playable race.

-=Installation=-

Copy ONE of the ESPs from the zip file into your Oblivion/Data directory, and use your favorite mod manager to activate it. All three versions must be loaded after the Midas' Magic esp; if you are using the Race Balancing Project version, it will need to be loaded after the Race Balancing Project esps. Descriptions of the three different versions follow.

-=MidasWreythVanilla.esp=-

This esp adds the Wreyth from Midas' Astral Plane of Unlife as a playable race, more or less balanced with the vanilla races. It requires Midas' Magic, and should be loaded after it.

-=MidasWreythUnbalanced.esp=-

This esp adds the Wreyth from Midas' Magic as playable without rebalancing their stats. They are all over the place balace-wise (70 endurance, 5 personlity?) but are overall notably stronger than any of the vanill races. This esp requires Midas' Magic, and should be loaded after it.

-=MidasWreythRBP.esp=-

This is the recommended version of this mod. This esp adds the Wreyth as a playable race and brings their stats more or less in line with Race Balancing Project balance. While not as extreme as the unbalanced version, they do follow the RBP theme of strong advantage/strong drawback. They have good combat skills, as well as favoring Destruction and Restoration magic; they should make decent battle mages or combat healers. On the flip side, however, their Personality is incredibly low, and they have severe relations penalties with almost every race. This version requires both Midas' Magic and the latest version of the Race Balancing Patch, and shoul be loaded after both those mods.

Str: 45/45
Int: 45/50
Wil: 30/30
Agi: 40/35
Spd: 40/35
End: 55/55
Luc: 50/50
Per: 15/20

Skills: Blade 5, Athletics 10, Restoration 10, Destruction 10, Acrobatics 5, Security 5.
Strong Endurance, Weak Magicka Bonus.
Abilities: Shield 5, Resist Normal Weapons 10, Resist Paralysis 25, Weakness to Poison 50, Weakness to Disease 100.
Innate Spell: Zombify Corpse (Requires Restoration 50) - As per Midas Zombify Corpse, with 1/3 the Magicka cost and a 100 point Fatigue coost.
Greater Power: Planar Breach - Rips open temporary gate to the Plane of Unlife, summoning forth a small army of undead at the cost of leaving the Wreyth without Magicka for 15 seconds.

-=Known Issues=-

Not really a bug, but because I haven't altered the Wreyth much from their original version, there is a very small selection of hair and eyes available to them. Of course, a true Wreyth would make his or her way back to the Plane of Unlife and claim the scalp of another Necropothian as their own. :p

I haven't had time to test this extensively, but I can't find any conflicts or bugs so far (and I run a ~lot~ of mods). It would be much appreciated if someone would take the time to make sure this doesn't cause any issues with the Plane of Unlife quest, but I don't think it will. Only things I can think of is (without spoiling anything) completing the quest might count as murder, and if you use the RBP version there could be some truly epic undead army battles. :)

Version 1.0 - First release! Yay! Hopefully no bugs... ~crosses fingers~
