This is Tona's Anchorite with male versions added to all versions and colors of the outfits. For more info see the original entry. Basically, they're for sale at Rindir's Staffs, they're all clothing, and if you get the enchanted version you can get an awesome bonus by obtaining a ring from a chest in Weynon Priory Chapel.
Permissions are open as in the original readme, if you give credit to Tona for the original work. This was one of the most technically flawless user-made mesh sets I've ever seen, so rest assured that the minor clipping and gaps you see in this version were added by me.
