Here is a ring that I created that helps out the stealth/thief type within the world.
The Ring of the Shadows abilities are:
Increase Agility +10
Increase Speed +15
Increase Sneak +10
Increase Security +10
Increase Acrobatics +10
Increase Athletics +10
Spell Effect Chameleon 50%
Decrease Intelligence -20
Decrease Willpower -20
Wearer Takes 5% Sun Damage

Go to Vilverin across from the exit of the IC Prison exit. Outside the entrance there are a few scattered stones leading up to the door, examine the stone with the plant.
