P.S.
I`m using RUSSIAN version of TES 4:Oblivion (Gold Edition with patch 1.1), if you are using ENGLISH or OTHER version - change "Êàòàêîìáû" to "Sewers" in the name of the save file.

lvl - 1;
Blades, blocking, destruction, restoration, acrobatics, athletics, burglary - on average increased by 2-3 point;
This is done not for the sake of preserving the beautiful character of the hero or his stats - only for the sake of all things in the dungeon!!!
