Description
I am making these tools to aid me in the creation of my Tamriel Worldspace Complete mod and hope they can be of use to others.
Here are various PSD files and images created from them specifically for use by modders to aid them in the craft.
Some of these files can be used to create maps for my TamrielWorldspaceCompleteWorldMap.esp

File.........TamrielWorldspaceLocalMapComposite.psd - This composite is aprox. 42% of the original vanilla generated localmap size and is the source of the TamrielWorldspaceGridMap.psd layer 03. This file will ultimately be a base for cataloging Oblivion(creature spawns,NPCs,Flora, etc...) but until more work is done you'll have to settle for a 200mb PNG render with border, grid and low res child world spaces.

File.........TamrielWorldspaceGridMap.psd - The main purpose of this file is to allow the creation of custom maps and in game maps and the viewable images generated from this file can be inserted into TWCWorldmapTemplates for use in my upcoming Tamriel Worldspace Complete World Map mod.

*L01..........Generated Lod Composite - This layer is comprised of the the vanilla generated lod and is resized and positioned as best as possible. Margin of error is 1 to 2 pixels
*L02..........Hieght Map - This layer is comprised of images captured from the CS's hieght map editor. The colors have been changed to look more natural. Margin of error is 0
*L03..........Vanilla Local Map Composite - This layer is comprised of 13336 CS generated local maps(croped and resized with Irfanview and stitched together with Timeslip's program). Margin of error is 0
*L04..........CellGroupGridMap - This layer when used in conjuction with the coordinates layer can be used to pin point a cell's location within the cell group data structure listed in such programs as TES4Gecko, TESsnip and TES4Edit
*L05..........Tamriel Child World Spaces - This layer is an overlay that superimposes all 22 of Tamriel's child world spaces + The arena interior cell(in order for water to appear in Cheydinhal this layer must be under the water layer). Margin of error is 0
*L06..........Water - This is a hand drawn overlay to display the worldspace's water. It is a cell by cell visual copy of what is seen in the CS's render window. Margin of error is 1 to 2 pixels
*L07.........Water(LOD) - This is just an addon that completes the water outside of the world space for the generated lod composite. Margin of error is unknown
*L08..........Vanilla Cyrodiil Border - This layer is an overlay to display the Cyrodiil Border. It is comprised of 60 screen captures of the CS's region editor, resized and positioned as best as possible. Margin of error is 0 to 1 pixel
*L09..........GridLines - Single pixel width.
*L10..........Coordinates(No Blur) - Every tenth row and colum are marked with 3x5 pixel lcd block digit coordinates. They do not blur when zooming in but when zooming out to less than 100% they are un-readable.
*L11-L19......Text layers for each of the 9 cites in Cyrodiil so you can change position, font and size.

TamrielWorldspaceLocalMapComposite+ChildWS+Border+Grid.png - 13400x12900 - this render has low res child worldspaces, makeshift(blurry) coordinates but it does have a precise border and grid. It should give you a taste of ultra hi-res and something usable until I get it more completed.
