Alters Sheogorath\'s voice files to make him sound less human

Ok first of all.
If you don't like it, ignore it. Not liking it is no reason to rate a file "1".
Right then.
I always thought it was strange for Sheogorath to sound like a normal person, after all he is;
1. A god
and
2. Completely insane
The result? A very strange voice, like two voices in one and sometimes his old voice peeks through.
If you don't like the change, delete the appropriate files and Sheogorath should go back to normal
I've also changed Jyggalag's voice too. Just not in the same way that I did with Sheogoraths.
I didn't change the voice for the Sheogorath daedric shrine quest though may do that sometime
