Installation

Unzip to /Oblivion/Data. All necessary subfolders should automatically extract and be created. Remember to enable the ESP file in OblivionLauncher.exe!
This mod alters geometry in cells -3 14, -3 15 and -3 16. Errors may occur if you are using other mods that occupy this same space.
Description
-----------
There is a small plantation west of the Imperial City that has recently come under new management...you! Several storage chests and display cases await your treasures and a warm, welcoming bed will keep you cozy until your next hard day of Adventuring.
A few curios are scattered around the house that might be of some interest to the older residents of Tamriel.
Known Bugs
----------
- Pickles occasionally tries to climb the stable fence.
- Mr. Chips is particularly fond of that little stip of flooring that runs along the stairway wall for reasons that remain unclear.
- The house doesn't have as far of a viewing distance as I'd like.
