This "mod" is a fix for mods that have used ModActorValue or ForceActorValue incorrectly or have used ModActorValue or ForceActorValue and then have been subsequently removed before they could do cleanup actions.
Use this mod if you are able to restore health over your max, eg 700/500 on the character sheet. Simply enter the game. Your character will cast a spell and wait ten seconds. A message will be displayed telling you that the fix has been applied and you should save, exit, and remove this mod.
