A leveling mod that mimics some of the effect of powerleveling, without having to grind for +5 attribute modifiers. Each major skill grants a .75 attibute point gain. Each minor skill grants a .25 attribute gain. Additionally, as in base oblivion, the player has 3 attribute points to place whever he/she chooses. Additional changes are described

Currently, the mod is incompatile with normal vampirism and is not backward compatible.
