Large Increase in FPS and reduced stuttering for people using Quarl\'s Texture Pack 3.0 no Image Quality Loss.

The purpose of this is to increase performance by optimizing .NIF files,
I didn't see posted anywhere on TESNexus.com or Planetelderscrolls.com
(and I can see why, 4GB of Ram, c2d, left it running at around 9:00pm, watched
watchmen and the blue man group naked, went to the Ale house and came back
at 3:00 am and it still was running with only around 900 of 1963) so I figured
I might as well upload it incase it helps someone.
It offers a great increase in performance and FPS, so far it has the biggest FPS gain of any mod that I have tried with no Quality Decrease.

This has the optimized the meshes for the following mods so they are Required as well:

4.Qarl texture Pack Unnofficial Oblivion Patch 3.20 Mesh Corrections - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11261
That is 1963 Meshes that got optimised.

Installation:
Extract it and move the "Meshes" folder on your data files folder, you should install
it in the same order as above with this mod as the last one applied, overwritting everything
when prompted.

Compatibility:
This mod is not compatible with any mod that replaces meshes, if you install a
mod that replaces meshes then no big deal, you will just loose the modifications.
