This mod changes Agarmir's ownership of Agarmir's House in Talos Plaza to 'NONE' and the house name to "Talos Manor". It also unlocks the doors inside for obvious reasons.

Basically, I thought it was a bit silly that when you kill Agarmir, his house and all of his possessions are still off limits. Now when you kill him, his house and all that he once held dear are yours to do what you will with. Plus, you don't have to worry about buying that Waterfront Shack; unless you want a vacation home... a few hundred yards away. Enjoy.
