Black Heart Lair

Description:
A hidden lair for the knewly appointed Listener. The key can be found on the old Listener's body, on Arquen's body or on a chest of draws behind Lucien Lachance's corpse. The main entrance to the crypt is shrouded by bushes and trees next to Fort Wooden Hand and the hidden trapdoor exit is behin Gottlesfont Priory. In a stable by that priory is a custom white horse with red eyes and the DB kit on it called "Shadowbane", lore-wise he is the brother of Shadowmere. The Lair itself includes:
Basin of Darkness
Training room
2 Black Guardians
Hidden goodies chest in cellar
Pet dog "Nighteyes"
Two custom items
A minion
A library/study
A garden with custom poisonous mushroom "Corprinus"
Two custom Runestones of Spellmaking and Enchanting
I may have made a few errors, simply alert me to them and i shall fix them post-haste.
Shivering Isles not necessary!
Installation:
Unzip the file
Drag the .esp into your Oblivion data folder
Open the oblivion launch and click data files
Tick this mod
Play :D
