- Extract into the Oblivion\Data directory, the path should read: Oblivion\data\menus\main\hud_reticle.xml
- Turn on "enable crosshair" in the in-game Oblivion settings.
Hint: Crouch to enable the sneak eye and use it to aim your bow or spells.
To uninstall delete the hud_reticle.xml file in Oblivion\data\menus\main\
