This is my take on \"The Deep Ones\". I plan on creating a whole large mod based upon the Cthulhu Mythos, bringing The Esoteric Order Of Dagon and other Cthulhu type cults to oblivion so look forward to that. in the meantime this is the playable race of The Deep Ones.

This is my take on "The Deep Ones". I plan on creating a whole large mod based upon the Cthulhu Mythos, bringing The Esoteric Order Of Dagon and other Cthulhu type cults to oblivion so look forward to that. in the meantime this is the playable race of The Deep Ones. Custom Playable race. Their racial specials are water breathing, resist poison and disease. They also have two special spells, Touch of Dagon, and Void Sight. In addition the mythic dawn robe and hood are recolored and textured to have the Cthulhu Symbol on the robe, and are a deep blue color.
The Deep Ones are fictional creatures in the Cthulhu Mythos of H. P. Lovecraft. The beings first appeared in Lovecraft's short story "The Shadow Over Innsmouth" (1931). The Deep Ones are a race of frog-like, ocean-dwelling creatures with an affinity for mating with humans.
Numerous Mythos elements are associated with the Deep Ones, including the legendary town of Innsmouth, the undersea city of Y'ha-nthlei, the Esoteric Order of Dagon, and the beings known as Father Dagon and Mother Hydra. After their debut in Lovecraft's tale, the sea-dwelling creatures resurfaced in the works of other authors, especially August Derleth.
