Addition to Morroblivion + Morroblivion MainQuest 1.7. Adds map markers & fixes mq starter bug.

This hasn't been tested, nor do I plan really on adding much to it. But I thought I'd release this to help people out. Requires: Oblivion.esm, Morrowind_ob.esm, Tribunal_ob.esm, Bloodmoon_ob.esm.
Adds the 'Package for Caius Cassius' to desk by the Captain in Seyda Neen, also adds a number of map markers for Morrowind and Bloodmoon.
I didn't encounter any crashes or bugs. Hope this helps. :)
Edit: What I mean is that I can't guarantee it won't break anyting. BUT all I did was add map markers/the item/some clothes to NPCs, so it shouldn't break anything.
Also, edit as you will. Though really, if you're a modder - there isn't much here. :)
