This is just a island I planned on building for a much larger project. But, I quickly tire of things like modding and get side track with other games and things in life. So i am releasing the island as a modders resource.
The island includes a large dock, a partially built player home, and a number of buildings on the island that were planned, but do not have interiors (like a light house, shipyard, merchant, a tavern, guard barracks and more).
