You MUST install Custom race fix otherwise Harry will not be able to get out of prison:

The HarryFace.dds file belongs in C:\Program files\Bethesda Softworks\DATA\Textures\Characters folder. If you do not have a Characters folder then make one.

The Radcliffe.esp file goes in Data folder.


Save 4179 places you at the beginning of the game (Imperial Prison).

Be sure to activate the Radcliffe.esp file in the Date Files menu before beginning the game otherwise this mod will not work.
