Elonia is an mage. And you can find her in the Cheydinhall Chapel.

Installation

First install the Dream Walker Race. And then copy CM Elonia to "Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data".
Start the Oblivion launcher click on "Data Files" and check the marker besides CM Elonia.
Feel free to use this mod for whatever you like, just make sure you give me some credit for making it.
