Haros Portal Room adds a portal behind Leywain Chapel that takes you to a portal room with 22 portals to testing areas in the game.

I created this mod after I made the Neres Portal Room. Neres is dependent on Shivering Isles. I have decided to uninstall Shivering Isles, but still wanted a portal room for vanilla Oblivion.
Modification:

I created 22 portals to my favorite test areas. You will find the portal that lets you into the portal room behind the Leyawin Chapel.

Extract the .7z file into your Oblivion\Data directory, all the files will go to the correct folder, checkmark the .esp file in oblivion mod manager.
