This is a simple island house mod that adds an island with a cottage in the middle of Lake Rumare near the imperial city... I also consider this mod a cheat or spoiler cause the inside storage contains all or most of the quest reward items at there highest level ... like jewlery , clothing , armor and weapons ... all of the containers except the food and drink containers are safe to store suff in ... This mod does require SI for some of the store and gear .... there is no quest to own this and the map marker is visible when you fire up the game ... Im also pretty sure it doesnt conflict with other mods or quests .... it might conflict with the Go Fish quest just cause the fish might be stuck in island but i doubt it ... in any case this is one of my first so any ideas or comments would be awesome... :)
