UPDATE from v3 to v3.1

- ESMified. This means I can create expansions without having to overwrite anything.

- Forgot to apply elf ears. This is actually an elf race, not a human race. (I can't believe I forgot this)

This is probably the last update I'll do. From now on I'll create expansions.

YOUR SAVEGAMES WILL NOT WORK IF YOU UPDATE FROM V3 TO V3.1. IF YOU WANT IT TO WORK, CHANGE THE DEPENDENT PLUGIN TO LATTAMER.ESM WITH WRYE BASH.

Alright, this is the third version of my Lattamer race. The best change since v2 is the EGT file which is pretty much a smoothed out egt file. See the comparison screenshot for the difference.
