Basically, all you need is Oblivion. And WinRAR unarchiving program, to access the file.

Copy Nekked Spell Tome.esp over to your Oblivion/Data folder. Then using OBMM or the Data Files section of your oblivion menu, activate the mod

Head on over to the Imperial City Market District, and then go into Eadgars Discount Spells
On the table, there is a Nekked! Spell Tome. Read the tome and click yes.
You can then shoot people with this spell, providing your illusion skill is 25 or higher.
This is NOT a hostile act, shoot whoever you want.

Deactivate the mod, and then delete it from your Oblivion/Data directory.

THIS MOD PERMANANTLEY DESTROYS THE TARGETS EQUIPMENT. THIS IS BAD TO USE IN QUESTS SUCH AS THE ONE WITH ROCKSHATTER.
