Makes your vitals - Health, Fatigue and Magicka regenerate while in Menu Mode (invetory, reading books, making potions, looting etc.)
Requires OBSE Tested with OBSE 0016

I for one like to read all those Lore Books. And what the better moment then when I'm waiting for vitals to regenerate?
--- Features ---
1. Fatigue and Magica regen in MenuMode at same speed as in Game
2. Health regen 1 point per 3 seconds. That is slow, still something.
3. No regens if you enter Menu Mode in combat. (Exploit free you see?)
4. Sound is played if all 3 stats reach maximum. (As you can't see them while reading a book)
