A house made by an ex-Mage with too much time on his hands and a grudge against shipping. Located just beyond the Anvil Lighthouse. There's a small boat near the dock that will take you there.
The footlockers don't respawn, nor do the two presses on the top floor.
Deleted the old 1 by mistake so here is an updated version.
As with the last 1 you can say anything you want provided it includes something constructive.
