INTRODUCTION:

This is my latest and most ultimately ultimate house mod. Allow me to explain a little about
it. First of all, as many other house mods out there, it was designed for my specific character
and my specific goals.
She's a mage, she wears sundresses, glasses, flowers in her hair, and she's smoking hot. She's also very
girly andsophisticated, and as such her house reflects that. She prefers the warmer climate in Topal Bay
than the cold seclusion of the mountains.
She did however, only inherit and empty house. As Oblivion wears on, I've found that displaying trophies
becomes the most fun part of the game and also adds an extra goal to the game. So yes, the house is
empty, and it is your job (should you chose to download this mod) to fill it up. It lacks the frills
and gimmicks of servants, merchants, functional toilets, etc. etc. These things, while admirable, don't
do much for the functionality of a mod in my opinion and cost a lot of time and expertise.

FEATURES:

As you can see in the screen shots, the house is large, but not a castle. It features:

-A library with empty shelves and empty book cases, ready for you to start your collection.
(The bookshelves face perfect north/south/east/west, and therefore should be compatible with
the book placer mod)
-A wine cellar. Dark and empty with lots of shelves to start your wine/beer collection.
-A very girly bedroom, with mannequin stands for displaying clothes, safe containers, and a shoe rack
(She's bonkers over shoes, but you don't have to be!)
-An art room, where I have paid tribute to the painting mod "Paintings Galore" by trollf
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9897
-A magical outdoor labratory for crafting potions, spells, and items, that includes two gardens, respawning
chests full of goodies, and ingredient sorters.
-A treasure room with PLENTY of shelving room, some display cases, and of course, mannequin stands for
showing off armour and weapons.
-A classy main floor with some vaguely interesting attractions and extra display opportunities.
-A transport spell to whisk you away to your manor any time, however it comes with a slight burn.
(My mage lady entrusted it to Palonirya, at her favourite clothing store, Divine Elegence of course)
-Ingredient Sorting Shelves (In The Lab) made by Daleth. Totally excellent mod. If they don't work at first,
they will soon, and both shelves function identically. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7661

-PS - You'll have a kitchen and patio that needs some food and dishes in it. Like I said, an empty house.

Topal Bay Manor uses the beautiful furniture generously created for the community by Xiamara

It is of course located in Topal Bay, just north of Deepscorn Hollow. See Screenshot
