I made Damage and Speed adjustments to all Arrows in Oblivion. I also adjusted the base Speed and Damage on Enchanted Arrows. NO ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO ENCHANTMENT VALUES.
Arrows fly much faster with less of an arc.
Damage is approximately doubled above my original Arrow Damage Mod.
This is also an excellent improvement for hunting. For example smaller Deer take one Arrow and Larger Bucks may take two Arrows to kill. These results will vary due to your Marksmanship Level. These Adjustments also benefit non-archer characters as well. Makes shooting something with an Arrow take a little more damage before up close combat or magic attacks.
I took into consideration weight of Arrows for Speed Adjustment. For instance a Dremora Arrow is not as fast but inflicts more damage in comparison to a Steel Arrow and so forth.
Be warned that enemy Arrows are also stronger.
To install just drop the esp into the data folder and enjoy.
