So here it is. I added a tamed Unicorn into the CS. She's white with black highlights, along with a saddle and a bridle. Yes, I said "she" :)
I worked out the mesh in 3dsmax and so she is officially female in appearance. She has a top speed of 40 (not mph. 40 out of 255, so she's only slightly faster than the black Stallion.)
This is only a modder's resource, so you have to go into the Construction Set and add the horse in from there. The mod requires only Oblivion! :D

Installation:

Copy the textures and meshes into their appropriate places. Copy the mod into the Data folder. Copy the Archiveinvalidation text into your Data folder. If you have an existing archiveinvalidation text, then copy the contents out of the archiveinvalidation text in my mod and into the Archiveinvalidation text already in the Data folder. That's about it.

Uninstallation:

Delete the textures and meshes. MAKE SURE YOU DELETE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN YOUR ARCHIVEINVALIDATION TEXT:

textures/creatures/horse/unicorn_grey.dds
textures/creatures/horse/horse_grey.dds
textures/creatures/horse/horse_paint.dds
textures/creatures/horse/horse_black.dds
textures/creatures/horse/horse_chestnut.dds
textures/creatures/horse/horse.dds
meshes/creatures/horse/unicorngrey.nif
