Description
===========
The Imperial City has been a hot topic since the release of Oblivion. A number of projects have been started to revamp it, some succeeding and some not. However, none that are out there fit my picture of the IC, so I have done my own.

My aim was to make it feel more city like. I accomplished this by adding a second level to the city (only the Elven Gardens at this point) complete with walkways and all. While only the exteriors are completed I hope to eventually add interiors and NPC's as well to make the city more alive. At this point there is no plan to add quests or anything. I do however hope to add a few purchasble houses spread between a few districts as well as a few unique buildings(possibly a bath and a library).

WARNING: Mod may cause FPS hit. My computer is pretty powerful and I didn't notice a loss, but lower end computers may have trouble running this.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

I think it is best to place near the end of the load order as it makes changes to the pathgrids. Correct me if I am wrong.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Folders to delete:
Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Architecture\ICD\
Oblivion\Data\Meshes\BarabusCookRange\
Oblivion\Data\Textures\BarabusCookRange\

Also delete zzICD - Elven Gardens.esp
