Level 100 with all skills mastered starter character save.

Details
=======
This save is 'cheat' character save, means not for first-time players. The character is your average Imperial male battlemage, so you should change race/sex/face/birthsign/class with console commands(NEVER, Ever click 'Done' when changing is finished. It will mess up your character's stats).
About changing character, read UESP Wiki article about related console commands.
I used console command to raise his level, skills and parameters. If you feel he's too weak for his level, you can also use console commands to raise his stats. Or if you want some challenge, raise difficulty to max, then run into some angry goblin warlords.
He is currently in Testing Hall. So you need to go to Hawkhaven, do fast travel to anywhere in Cyrodiil.

Install
=======
- Extract them to (My Documents)\My Games\Oblivion\Saves. I suggest you to use save file manager if you have more than 2 characters.
- Run game, choose 'Load' at title menu.

Uninstall
=========
- Simply delete the save files from (My Documents)\My Games\Oblivion\Saves. Again, I suggest you to use save file manager.(You don't want to delete your other save files by accident, right?)
