I was reading in the Bethesda Forums and there was a thread called What Happened To Nerastarel?

So I got to thinking, what if Nerastarel came back?

This is my idea of what Nerastarel would return as, that being a Very Powerful Lich.

This mod adds Nerastarel the Very Powerful Lich, back to Nerastarel's house in Skingrad.

Nerastarel also has a Very Nice Staff and Amulet to be taken from Nerastarels dead rotting corpse.

Do Not Attempt to receive Nerastarel's gifts unless you are prepared and ready to do so, or Nerastarel Will Kill You.

A couple of spells have been added to the normal Lich inventory of spells.

Nerastarel's stats are a composite of the all the other Lichs in the game taking the strongest attributes of those Lichs and combining them in Nerastarel.

The strongest Lich in the game was just 2 levels above the player, Nerastarel is 5 levels above.

This mod adds Nerastarel the Very Powerful Lich, back to Nerastarel's house in Skingrad.

Install
=======
1. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the Nerastarel's Return .esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the Nerastarel's Return .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file

Incompatibility
===============
None that I know of, uses stock mesh and textures, and a custom enchantment.
