Be shure to go to the testing hall (console "coc testinghall")
and enter the test cell through the anvil door.
This is a modder's resource so the esp only contains the test cell
and a test dungeon I built south of the imperial city
It has all the basic parts for a dungion.

Feel free to use them as long as you credit me.

Instalation:
Extract the archive to your oblivion data directory
This resource requires the official Orrery plugin for textures

Known bugs:
Enclosed ramp invisible post in middle(not serious)
