Add a new staff . I've made one set as a simple unenchanted staff and another one as a shield with glass shield stats

Location
========
For some reasons, I simply dropped it in testing hall cell.
To go there, open console using the '~' key and enter the following line:
coc testinghall
Then press enter and you go there.
Install
============
Drag and drop the 'Data' folder to your Oblivion folder. Open Oblivion launcher and check 1SB OrthaeSword.esp
Uninstall
=========
Erase the following files:
1SB_WarhammerWingedStaff.esp
meshes\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff.nif
meshes\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaffShield.nif
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff1.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff1_n.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff2.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff2_n.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff3.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff3_n.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff4.dds
textures\weapons\sbweapon\WarhammerStaff4_n.dds
