I recommend you carry torches potions/scrolls of water breathing, and potions/scrolls/rings/whatever of nighteye!

Mod includes a home with three levels, two hidden areas including a lot of display cases, a static alchemy set, some storage, and a hand-made garden, and a dungeon, all hand-decorated. Also includes many custom meshes and textures from other authors.

Recommended Level - between 15 and 20. Enemies are in leveled lists ranging from level 10 to 25(boss).

Great care was taken to make sure things felt new. New models and textures for items and static objects, new arrangements of architecture, and a location right outside the borders of Cyrodill.

Questline has no quest journal entries or convenient little arrows- follow the clues, read the books and notes and riddles. It's not overly difficult, but when you play this mod get used to looking in dark corners and high places.



Please note this mod is largely UNTESTED! I was the only one to playtest this, so PLEASE let me know if you find errors or bugs. Inside the house there is quite a bit of loot but for a player nearing level 20 it won't be anything game breaking. The final item reward for the quest is a ring and an amulet, which give spell/damage reflect and a large + to health and mana. I don't think the contents of the home are OP because if someone really wanted to play with all the stuff in the house, they could just use console commands to get it- most of the items are there for decoration and flavor.

I recommend you use the Oblivion Book Jacket Replacement Mod with EE, it makes everything look much nicer.

VERSION 1.1 HAS BEEN UPLOADED! The book in the mage's quarters has been fixed to say the right location of the house, and the dungeon has been made much darker.

Future changes will include adding more sections and enemies to the dungeon, adding a scripted event with Azoloqua ascending to the next plane, and cluttering up the dungeon more.
