SORRY GUYS ,THE SECOND PART OF THE MOD DOES NOT WORK ! :(
the respawn flag will stay forever on essentials...
I did not test it enough firstly, all is scripted good ...but when npc respawn also his inventory resets ,thus any tokens the script put in it... well those are the limitations of a game engine,i dont have idea how to cope with it (any better way to flag custom refids?), maybe someone who knows better the oblivion engine can find a solution. Feel free to edit my script and post a fix ,The script is very short and simple, so you should have no problem finding what was my idea.

---What it does:---
1.) Gives respawn ability to all essential , non respawning npcs, either Vanilla or custom added
R.I.P. : 2.) Disables this added respawn ability if the npc loose their esentiality (i.e. quest completion, and not just martin and jauffre - ALL) - THIS IS NOT WORKING RITE NOW SORRY!

Note: If npc is essential AND respawning from the begining ,and loose their essentiality after (but not respawn) - they WILL keep their original respawn ability as the mod creator intended it to be, so my mod do not screw anything

It isnt some lame manual flag changing - all is scripted , so it works for all npcs including custom ones added by any mod !

IMPORTANT!! :
change the following lines in oblivion.ini (located in MyComputer/"yourname's Documments/My Games/Oblivion)
to be like this:

bForceReloadOnEssentialCharacterDeath=0
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0

Otherwise the mod is useless !

---installation:---
*extract UnconsciousBGone.esp to data folder in oblivion game folder
*check UnconsciousBGone.esp in obmm or wrye bash or whatever
*edit oblivion.ini in MyComputer/"yourname's Documments/My Games/Oblivion , and make sure you have those in there:
bForceReloadOnEssentialCharacterDeath=0
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0

Requires latest stable obse!! 15a it is

---load order:---
pretty lo independent, load it somehere at the bottom to be sure its working.

---not-so-important-advanced-note-on-incompatibility---
incompatibility can occure only with scripts that alter respawn flag on npcs ,thou i never saw one... and i have 254 mods there and running none of them have a single script altering respawn of anything so you are pretty safe.
If you want to check compatibility just open suspected esp in notepad and search if it has setactorrespawns somhere in it .For many mods at once use briliant free searcher Windows Grep. But even if there is setactorrespawns in other mod its really like 0.01 % chance the mods will ever interfere.

---Final note ( READ IT ! ):----
The mod CAN cripple some quests . This is due to the fact that inventory resets after respawn, so if a quest depends on an item that was added to essential npc inventory it willl be screwed...
