adds Juliana a new NPC in Olavs Tap Tock Inn (or somin like that)
in Bruma who will send you on a quest to get her ship back. During
that task you may find some hoods which protect you from sunlight.

just extract the archive in your data folder.

juliana moves to her ship after the quest

fixed a small bloodvial bug
changed ownership of the ships items so you can pick stuff up

juliana recovered her voice which was lost due to a wrong folder name

juliana has a proper voice now
