Description
===========
Deep in the bayous of Blackwood, between Fort Doublecross and Fieldhouse Cave, in view of a partially submerged Wayshrine of Mara, a lone house stands on stilts to ward off the perpetual dampness of the saturated soil. Some have heard of a solitary mage who retreated into the solitude of this untamed land, well away from civilisation, to practise his alchemy in private. Not being a cave hermit, however, he outfitted the interior with fine furniture and other creature comforts. Luckily for the lost adventurer in need of a place to stay for the night, the mage has moved on to other things, and his modest abode can be claimed by anyone who takes the time to look for it.

Location
========
Between Fort Doublecross and Fieldhouse Cave, near Wayshrine of Mara. Within easy walking distance of the Lost Spires' "Primeval Hollow" (does not conflict). Image included.

Details
=======
This is a modest player housing mod, which may be used as an alternative to the ugly player-owned shack in Leyawiin, or simply as a change of scenery. Most of the new textures are my own work, with the exception of those that belong to the modder's resources listed below.

Features:
  • Small but cosy 2-story house on the water with new hardwood floor and wallpaper
  • Ample non-respawning storage, with no crates or barrels!
  • Filled bookcases that act as containers
  • Bathtub and sink
  • Outside raised patio with barbecue grill (assembled by me)
  • Nice view of the Wayshrine of Mara (Wayshrines Improved by Gregbert recommended for aesthetics http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15999)
  • Eat outdoors at night listening to the crickets and frogs and watching the multi-coloured fireflies.
  • Alchemy ingredient sorter
  • Alchemy ingredient grinder
  • Static alchemy equipment (no need to pick it up to use it)
  • Hunger and thirst mod support

I also recommend my Better Meat - Hammy McHamham edition (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17869) and possibly my Cooked Steaks (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17360) mods to improve the textures of the meat on the grill.

The upstairs area is outfitted mainly for alchemists, but you can clear away the alchemy equipment and place whatever items you prefer up there instead, and use the storage for other purposes.

There are no overpowered items to be found in the house that I can think of. The containers are set to not respawn, but they do start out with the standard random loot.

So this is what I idly imagined releasing "someday", and decided to actually do it by popular demand, adding COBL items and Academician Nwahs' static alchemy apparatus. It would still be nice one day to add a spell to teleport to this house, and perhaps a portal to other places for the sake of convenience, but that's beyond the scope of this release. Better to put it out as-is than to delay it indefinitely for adding more features.

A caveat: I don't use hunger or thirst mods, so although I added the hunger and thirst items, I do not have a way of personally testing them. They seemed pretty straightforward to include, though, so I trust they work as advertised unless otherwise informed. I tested all the other items, which worked as expected.

This mod uses the following modder's resources:
* Hel Borne's Alchemist Sink (Furniture) Resource
* Hel Borne's Alchemy Wall Chart Resource
* Hel Borne's Filled Bookshelf Resource
* Antistar's Bathtub Resource (from Bathing Mod)
* Common Oblivion (COBL)
* Static Alchemy Apparatus by Academician Nwahs

All resources used with the permission the authors gave in their readmes. Thank you for the quality work.
