Tired of living in the city.......Just want to get away from it all.

On the Orange road going to Underpall cave is a map marker.
Details

Hognut's Haven a Home away from it all. Did you ever think about living out where all you see is the Forest completely hidden from civilization.
Then this is for you. Grand views of the forest , a great neighborhood, no people only animals and monsters...assassinated someone and need to get away, or just living it up in the woods and need a hangout, or maybe a place to practice your magic...Call Hognuts Haven Home...Hognuts left a couple things behind, all within the immediate area, but worth finding. Also a gift inside. No key necessary for the door. He didn't live lavishly, but had what is needed and comfortable. He also left a pet outside, so don't kill him,.
This is my first home and I have worked on it for about a month off and on trying to get all things just right.Maigrets has helped so much that it is her work as much as mine. She also tested it with the Vanilla game. All items in this mod are of Vanilla origin. So all you need is the latest patch for oblivion to use it.All chests are safe to use.
Install

Manual Install
--------------
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data
folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file.
Uninstall
=========
Uncheck esp. and remove
Upgrade
=======
???
Incompatibility
===============
None that I know of . I only guarantee that this will work with Default Oblivion.
That is what it has been tested with.
However I do have MMM/MightyMagic/MidasMagic\OOO and 200 other mods in my game and it still works.
Known Issues or Bugs
===================
The bench doesn't sit right..so the character is high on one end and low on the other. The boulder is not level.
