Changes the DLCDeepscorn Quest to not start until you obtain the relevant note in your house in Leyawiin. Also prevents it from giving you a usable fast travel marker without visiting.

If you play Oblivion with certain official plug-ins enabled, you probably noticed that within a few seconds of confirming your character's class with Baurus in the starter dungeon, you already own up to four houses and have several wide-ranging quests. This is the third of a series of mods to correct this stupid role-playing immersion break.
Version History:
.1 First Release. Changes the DLCDeepscorn quest not to start untill you obtain the note in your Leyawiin house. Also makes the Map Marker it adds only visible, not usable.
Known Conflicts: UOMP: Overrides quest streamlining in DLCDeepscorn
Will conflict with any mod that alters the DLC Deepscorn Quest
Wrye Bash: Fits best in the "MISC" Balo group.
Constructive criticism and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
