Changed almost all leveled items.

Rare Items v1.15
-Fixed the LL0NPCWeaponLvl100 lists to follow normal weapon rarity.(Caused some quest drops to be very high)
-Made Ebony a bit more usual to give more chance for you to find it before looting daedric armor.
-Tweaked loot rates for a more smooth transition in the qualities of items.

Rare Items v1.16
-The mod now also modifies the NPC inventory lists as to eliminate more drop rate problems
-Fixes the Valkynaz Melee and Archers dropping too much daedric, they are still the only creatures to drop daedric armor
-Many changes to high level creature inventories, minotaur lords/liches/atronachs/xivilai have a chance to drop ebony/glass armor
-Fixed problem of naked bandit bosses at levels 1-5

-Fixed a nasty bug in 1.16 that modified all scripts and had a probability to interfere with other mods

Notice: All of this "rarity" stuff has been altered to what my mind tells me its reasonable. If you don't agree on the changed drops instead of whining or anything else you could just as well open the CS and do it yourself. :)

This mod modifies the Leveled Items and Containers lists AND NPC lists. It does not modify the LeveledCreatures lists.
Also, it should play just fine with a current savegame and play fine when it is removed. However, STILL BACKUP ALL YOUR SAVEGAMES.

Normal monsters monsters will have mostly up to silver/steel weapons. On some special occasions maybe even dwarven. Any higher than that and you need to go out hunting for some Minotaur Lords or something. Daedric/Ebony stuff is especially rare to find. The only creatures i left alone were the Dremora and most other Daedra. I tried to make high level drops somewhat random even on high level monsters, so you might still get a silver longsword instead of a glass one even if you are attacking some level30 creature.
