About this mod
It\'s a spell that calls up a menu, this menu then has three options. Enchant an item, Create a spell, and Cancel. Also, In an alternate version, contained in the same ZIP, is the spell, as well as 10x capacity Soul Gems. It is automatically added to the player when they load their most recent savegame, or begin a new game.

What my simple little modification does is simply superb.
1.) Upon first run, adds a spell to the player called "Portable Magicka Manager".
2.) If you cast this spell, it will call up a messagebox, which gives you a choice between calling up the Spell Creation dialogue, or the Item Enchantment Dialogue.
Pretty damn useful, if I do say so myself.
There's a second file in the archive, called:
Magicka Management System - Soul Gems 10x Capacity.esp
What that basically does, is increase the capacity of your soul gems to 10 times normal, allowing you to create stronger enchantements, while also giving you the spell.
Use only ONE of those files at any given time, for I am not sure if they would conflict with each other, considering as how the second one is just a slightly modified version of the first.
