Anew simpler house mod compared to my Assassin's Abode. Nothing special, plenty of storage in the imperial city waterfront.
Iron and leather armor, iron weapons and arrows, a low powered staff, some clothing, lockpicks, repair hammers, and a couple potions and a full novice alchemy set. As well as miscellaneous food and items for a well stocked home for an adventurer of any type. (all items are on display and not inside the containers)
Also included is a version with no items placed inside. (identified in the esp file name)
Has 30+ containers in the interior
