About this mod
The mod allows all spell effects in spell making and enchanting. There are two files in the zip. The balanced one uses the games internal restrictions (Of which some of the effects are impossible to enchant with thier astronomically high values) for what gems are needed and how much they cost. The unbalanced one uses zero for the cost multipl

The unbalanced one uses zero for the cost multiplier and gem multiplier, and fully allows you to enchant any and every effect.
Note, you still need to know the spell to use it in enchanting and spell making. I will check to find out which effects are definatly not in the game for sale anywhere, and add them to spell shops at reasonable prices in the next version.
