This mod is not finished i just ran out of ideas :P
It's probably full of buggs.
The only chest u can put things in is in the manor bed room.

This mod adds an island just out side anvil.
it adds a manor and a little storage house and 1 boat that you can enter.
You can do what ever u want with this mod.
I wont be updating it cuz so fast i load it in cs my computer shutsdown so any one that wants to improve/update it can do it.
I dont care.
