A visual Teleport System with lots of extras!
UPDATE NOTICE:
Thanks to KC33, there are now 'fixed' esp files available that will fix the problem with the Nenyond Twill location that seemes to have vanished into a giant hole in the ground.
They are available in seperate downloads as provided by KC33. I supply them here for those that wish the 'fix'. You can find them on the download page as:

The first should be compatible with FCOM, the second is the regular esp file with the fixes.

IMPORTANT: The landscape around Nenyond Twill has issues. I will be fixing this very soon, and will put up a new version when its ready. This may take several days to complete and test. When its ready, I will upload version 2.0
This is a testing mod I made over a year ago to try out different aspects of the construction set. I was learning to mod Oblivion.
This mod was never meant to be released, but so many people begged for it that I have made an attempt to clean it up a bit and release it.
Take this into consideration when you are commenting or rating the mod.
DO NOT use the teleport spell to leave Shivering Isles. Your dialog will become messed up.
This mod was featured in my video for Clocks of Cyrodiil as an 'alternative' to fast travel.
Should be a fully functioning mod. Please report any issues in the comments of TESNexus for this mod.
This was my first attempt at a 'visual' way to teleport around Cyrodiil.
Only true bugs will be fixed. Things you want or think might be improved will not be worked on as it is my 'old test' mod.
Leveled monsters are used. If you use a mod that changes the default leveled monster lists, then you may have a very difficult time in the house, gatehouse, and dungeons.
Read the 'Bugs/Issues' area below before you use this mod.
Ratings contrary to any of this will be removed.
The Story...
==========================
There is rumored to be a great wizard of long ago who created a small island in the ocean somewhere.
On this island, he created a mock-up of Cyrodiil. A map of Cyrodiil.
On this map, he placed several teleports to locations in Cyrodiil. These locations magically update themselves over the centuries.
He also placed a great manor house, a gatehouse with a gateway to Oblivion realms, and a stable for his warhorse. Under the house is a basement and very large dungeon. But, it appears that it has been inhabited by vile creatures over the decades.
Features
==========================
Manor house for all your needs. Three floors above ground, and several below ground.
Gatehouse with Oblivion gate that reopens at the flip of a lever.
The map uses landscape editing to approximate the Cyrodiil terrain. The Map has teleports to:
1. Cities
2. Shrines
3. Wayshrines
4. Stones
5. Dark Altars
6. Special Locations
Uber items can be enabled in the house by repairing the gravesite outside the house. If you dont like that, then dont repair it.
The below ground levels contain undead and vampires. Beware.
Quest Start, and finish step by step

There are no real quests and no dialog, just things you have to do.
1. Start by heading to the Imperial City Arcane University Lobby. There, you will find a note under a new display case. Take it and read it.

Technical Notes:

1. Summon Warhorse spell. Cast it to summon the horse to you. Cast again to send it home. Repeat. Do not be foolish with the spell.
2. Mark and Recall can be used to mark a spot to go back to.
Installation
==========================
1. Copy the folders in the archive file to your game folder at: \Oblivion\Data\
2. Everything goes in the game folders DATA folder. If you already have the folders created, then just over-write the folders and files.

Un-install
==========================
1. Remove the 'WillieSea' folder from your Meshes and Textures folder.
2. Delete the files that start with 'Mini1' in your \Meshes\Creatures\Horse\ folder.
3. Delete the file 'MiniCyrodiil.esp' from your \Oblivion\Data\ folder.
Bugs/Issues
==========================
1. Oblivion Gate - If you have another mod that adds a reopenable oblivion gate, 1)this 2)the other 3)both gates will not work.
2. Using teleports can sometimes freeze your game. Save before using one.
3. Do NOT use the teleport to Mini Cyrodiil spell when you are in the Shivering Isles.
4. If you have a mod that replaces the ruined city of Kvatch, then you will need to use a console command to get to the ruined city.

5. If you use 'Harvest Containers' you WILL see clipping in some areas as the Harvest mod changes the container sizes somewhat.
6. Map Markers and waypoints will NOT work in the new world-space. They WILL behave strangely. Just ignore them.
