!Fixed a few bug related to gaining levels.

!Luck now increases by a very small amount with every skill gain.

+Health now increased (retroactively) each time you gain a level, by 1/20 of your level.
You base health is STR + 2 * End, and it will double at level 20, 40, 60, etc.

*Ver.0.75

A a few more fixes:
Training skills will be taken into account now, but, by default, have reduced effect on your stats - namely 50%. It can be modified by a variable BalTrainMult (0.5 by default, you can set it to 0, or 1 (100%) if you want to).

Version 0.7
Even more updates. Mostly bugfixes (worth mentioning that bug with luck is fixed), but now you also gain a bit of health when level up, in addition to health gains from STR and END - it depends on your total gain, so it's retroactive, and would be really noticeable only at level 20 or so.

Version 0.6
Thanks to Vehem for his idea, some skills affect more then one attribute now (stands to reason).

You can customize how your skills affect your stats growing by typing:

set BalSkillsForStat 3

in the console.

'3' is default value, you can customize it as you see fit.
Example - if you will rise your Armorer (0.5 to Str, 0.5 to End) 6 times - you'll get 1 point to Str, and one point to End.

You can customize how your stats affect your level with:

set BalStatsForLevel 8

'8' is default value, you can customize it as you see fit.
If you will set it to 5 or 10, you will get a level for 5 or 10 stat gains.

Description:

Got rid of of "levelup" screens and "skill points per level" thingy for good.

Most skills now affect more then one stat at once - like blade blunt is 0.8 str, 0.2 end... and then it gets modified by BalSkillsPerStat (customizeable).

Level is increased by 1 each time you accumulate extra 8 stat points (any points, from any skills, customizeable with global BalStatsForLevel).

Also, your stats will go further then 100 this way.
...
That's it for now. Skill degradation and/or major/minor skill differentiation will come later... and since this mod is still in beta, please report bugs - I bet there are some.
