This is my first attempt at making a house, this adds a simple home furnished with safe containers and a place to sleep.
The house is retextured from stock oblivion textures using stock meshes. it is a 5 minute walk away from
the Imperial City

Extract all to your data file and activate the esp in data files. or extract this file to OBMM if you use that.
