Note , I made this mod for fun... and because I wanted really big hammers to play with :p .

Morvain Pacemakers in anvil sells these two weapons

Details
=======
Adds two new blunt weapons to the game , a repair hammer (war axe)
At a blunt skill of hundred this weapon does 14 damage
And a legendary repair hammer ( a big two-handed repair hammer)
At a blunt skill of hundred this weapon does 25 damage

Contains two esp's.
one is called :DeadlyRepairHammers
and the other one DeadlyRepairHammersHR
Download the HR one , it contains new Highres textures
Only download the other one if you have a really sucky computer

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
