The pic is using stock ponytail hairstyle, she is as she would be as a young girl.
Included is a OBSE save game, which Does Have all my mods running in it, it may or may not load on your system.
If you dont have OBSE just load the save file and not the 1k OBSE save file, and see if that works for you.
There is also the Oblivion Face Exchange Lite face file, included so you can just attach it to your own female Breton. Anyone may use this face.
