About this mod
This revamps the basement that comes with the Skingrad house for sale. It turns it into a modest armory, training area and storage. It also changes some other parts of the house, mainly turning empty book cases into bookcases with books and items on them already (pain to do this in game). This mod does include some armor/weapons, for display purpos

This revamps the basement that comes with the Skingrad house for sale. It turns it into a modest armory, training area and storage. It also changes some other parts of the house, mainly turning empty book cases into bookcases with books and items on them already (pain to do this in game). This mod does include some armor/weapons, for display purposes. It only one or two pieces of iron, steel, dwarven, elven and mithril. Nothing big just a a piece here and there for eye candy.
**NOTE** BEFORE using the mod be sure to purchase the home itself and ALL upgrades then you can safely load the mod and play.
