Installation: Extract the plugin file to the data directory.
This mod adds a small hideout in the sewers of the market district.
I made this mod for my assassin character, and also my inability to find a good hideout type home in a sewer. The hideout comes with a bed and safe storage and a fence.
The fence is named Aaron Sintav, and he will sell stuff and sleep in the hideout. Only two containers belong to him, and they arent safe to dont put in/take stuff from them.
There may be issues with his AI, if you encounter a bug or a conflict with another mod, leave a comment and I will try to fix it.
